📜 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Rungne Apparel AS B2B portal, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this document. These terms govern all orders, transactions, and interactions with our portal.
🛒 ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to acceptance by Rungne Apparel AS. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.
💳 PRICING AND PAYMENT
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change and are based on what is published on our website at the time of the order. Retailers are responsible for checking the current pricing before placing an order.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms vary depending on the agreement with each retailer. The default term is Due Upon Receipt (i.e., payment is required immediately upon invoicing), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
🏷️ MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP) POLICY
Rungne Apparel AS has established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to protect the integrity of our brand and the value of our products. All retailers are required to comply with the following conditions:
- The MAP is set at +/-10% Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
- Retailers may not publicly advertise Rungne Apparel products below this minimum advertised price, including but not limited to website listings, social media posts, and email promotions.
- This policy applies to all promotions, including the use of discounts, coupons, or rebates that reduce the publicly advertised price below the MAP.
Enforcement: Violations of this policy will result in the following actions:
- First Violation: Written warning and 5-day period to correct the violation.
- Second Violation: Suspension of access to wholesale pricing for 30 days.
- Third Violation: Termination of retailer status and removal as an authorized seller.
💡 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including product descriptions, images, and trademarks, is the property of Rungne Apparel AS and is protected by intellectual property laws. Retailers are granted a limited license to use Rungne’s branding materials for marketing purposes in compliance with our brand guidelines.
⛔ TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Rungne Apparel AS reserves the right to terminate access to the B2B portal immediately in the event of a breach of these terms.
