Return & Refund Policy

🪜 Overview

Rungne Apparel AS values our business relationship with our retail partners and strives to provide high-quality products that meet your needs. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted in a B2B context and clarifies how these terms apply under our promotional programs.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
    • The products are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
  • Products must be:
    • In their original packaging,
    • Unused, and
    • In saleable condition.
  • Returns are not accepted for:
    • Overstock or unsold inventory
    • Customer returns
    • Products covered under the “60-Day Risk-Free” program (unless Section 5A applies)

📦 Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact partners@rungne.com within 14 days of receiving goods and include:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Photos, if applicable
  2. Upon approval, detailed return instructions will be provided.
  3. The Retailer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once the returned products are received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days and will be credited to:
    • The original payment method, or
    • As a credit toward future orders.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return results from a defective product or Rungne’s error.

🔁 Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available.

If an exchange is desired, the retailer must:

  • Return the original product (if eligible), and
  • Place a new order for the replacement product.

🎯 Promotional Programs

🧗♂️ A. 60-Day Risk-Free Guarantee (First Order Only)
  • Applies only to a retailer’s first wholesale order, up to a maximum value of $2,000 USD.
  • Retailers may try Rungne chalk products for 60 days risk-free.
  • If not satisfied within 60 days of delivery:
    • Contact partners@rungne.com to request a refund.
    • No return shipment required — you keep the product.
    • A full refund (up to the $2,000 limit) will be issued within 14 business days.
  • This offer is designed to reduce onboarding friction and help new partners confidently stock Rungne.
  • ⚠️ Cannot be combined with the “Pay After You Sell (Net 60)” program.
💰 B. Pay After You Sell (Net 60)
  • Available for ongoing wholesale partners where extended payment terms help close a deal.
  • Payment is due 60 days after delivery of goods.
  • Standard return and refund terms (Sections 1–4) apply.
  • Payment is due regardless of sell-through performance.
  • Average partner sell-through occurs within 30–90 days.
  • ⚠️ Cannot be combined with the “60-Day Risk-Free” program.

📌 Important Notes

  • Rungne Apparel AS reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional programs at any time.
  • Any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing with your Retail Partnership Manager.
  • This policy applies globally to all B2B orders, unless otherwise specified by a regional distribution agreement.
