2. You hang the poster next to a sloper hold (Beastmaker 2000 or similar) and keep the samples at the front desk.

3. Climbers do the rest. Chalk up, hang as long as they can, film it, scan the QR and register on the global leaderboard. Runs for one month, completely self-serve.
