I’ve ordered from rungne I the past and have had excellent service and quality products. This time around, I ordered a chalk bucket and three weeks later, it still has not arrived. I’ve also emailed multiple times and still no help. I’d love to report another great experience but I have sadly not received that.
Edit: they saw this and fixed the order problem. They also sent a bag of mag dust with my order. Best customer service experience I’ve had! Easy and flawless!
