📦 ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

We do our best to make sure your orders arrive quickly, safely, and without hassle. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle fulfillment and delivery.

🧾 ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

📦 SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Shipping costs are determined based on the delivery terms agreed upon between Rungne and the Retailer.
We ship under Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) — meaning duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery in your country. Orders shipped within Norway and to the United States are exempt, as these are handled as domestic shipments.
Shipping options (express or standard) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

⏱️ DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Delivery times vary based on destination and chosen shipping method.
Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order ships.
Rungne Apparel AS is not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances.

🚫 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to all countries where the Retailer has active distribution channels.
Restrictions may apply in certain regions based on local regulations.

🎁 SHIPPING DISCOUNTS

For orders over $2,000 USD, in most countries, you may be eligible for free or discounted shipping!
For Australia, South Africa, and most Asian countries, free shipping starts from $3,000 USD due to higher shipping costs
