Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from two warehouses — one in Norway and one in the US. US orders are sold and fulfilled by Rungne, Inc; all other orders by Rungne Apparel AS, Norway.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. We always use fast delivery options, and most orders arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Some destinations may take a little longer due to distance or customs.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't guarantee changes once the order is on its way.

Carriers:

  • Norway: Helthjem or PostNord (home delivery or pickup point)

  • US: primarily UPS, shipped domestically from our US warehouse

  • International: UPS (home delivery or UPS Access Point in many countries)

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

*Free shipping on orders over 150 USD is only available in selected countries. You'll see at checkout whether it applies to your country.

Duties and Import Fees

We ship with all duties and import fees prepaid (DDP) to private customers in nearly all countries — the price at checkout is the final price.

For a few destinations we can't offer DDP. You'll be clearly notified at checkout, and your local customs authority may charge duties, VAT, or handling fees before delivery. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, we ask that you first contact the carrier directly, as they can often resolve the issue fastest once the parcel is in their hands. If the carrier can't help, contact us at support@rungne.com. For damaged shipments, please include photos. We'll sort it out and make sure you either get your order or your money back.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected from a pickup point, we'll contact you. Re-shipping is at the customer's expense, and shipping costs may be deducted from a refund.

Business Orders (B2B)

We ship to climbing gyms, retailers, and distributors worldwide. All B2B orders are shipped DDU — the receiving business handles import duties and customs clearance in its own country. No customs charges apply within Norway or the US, as these orders ship domestically. Enter your company name at checkout to see B2B rates, or contact us.
