The Role

What being a rep looks like

  • Check in with the climbing gyms in your area and keep them stocked with Rúngne.
  • Hand out chalk samples and get climbers trying the gear.
  • Host events and challenges that bring your local scene together.
  • Be the face of one of the fastest-rising brands in climbing.

How You Earn

12% commission on a gym's first order.

6% on every reorder — gyms typically reorder every couple of months.

$150 bonus per event you run.

It's contract / gig work — figure on about 3–5 hours a week, on your own schedule. Earnings scale with the size of your portfolio.
