Product Warranty

Every Rúngne product is built to be used — hard, often, and outside. If something fails because we got it wrong, we'll make it right.

Coverage

All Rúngne products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, counted from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies whether you bought your gear directly from www.rungne.com or from an authorized Rúngne retailer or distributor.

Consumable products (such as chalk) are covered against defects present on arrival.

What's covered

  • Failures in stitching, seams, zippers, buckles, and hardware under normal use
  • Material defects and premature material failure
  • Manufacturing faults present at the time of purchase

What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
  • Products purchased second-hand (the warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable)

How to make a claim

Contact us at support@rungne.com with:

  • Clear photos of the defect
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation — from us or an authorized retailer)
  • A short description of what happened

We'll review your claim and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product. If you purchased from a retailer, you may also make your claim through them.

Extended coverage on apparel

Selected apparel purchased directly from www.rungne.com is covered by our 5-year Made to Last Guarantee.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in your country of purchase.
