Warranty & Repair
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost. The cost will depend on the type of product and extended period.

Returns, Replacements, & Cancelations
At Rúngne, we want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day refund/exchange policy.
You can return any product within 30 days, as long as it’s unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Please note that for returns, shipping cost is handled by the customer and is non-refundable.
After 30 days from the delivery of your order we are unable to issue refunds, replacements, or credits.

All of our products go through quality control, but sometimes due to human error, some problems are not caught right away.

To verify the damage and to ship you a replacement as quickly as possible, please take a picture of the damage and send it to us at email@example.com describing the issue.
