Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Oslo, Norway.

Do I have to pay any import taxes?

No, we provide shipping to all countries, with all taxes and import charges fully covered.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We dispatch orders from Monday through Friday, delivering on all working days. As soon as we've shipped your package, we'll drop you an email with all the shipping details and your tracking number. You can click on the link in our email to eagerly anticipate the estimated arrival of your order.

Remember, these are just estimates - we're always working hard to get your order to you as soon as we can!

Europe: 3-5 days

Rest of world: 4-8 days

How much does it cost?

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping for Europe and US for orders over $147, and discounted rates for orders over $50 worldwide. Our minimum order is $25.

Is there free shipping?

We also offer free shipping for the following countries with orders of $148 and above. 

- US, Canada, UK, Norway, and Europe.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally!

NOTE: We cannot ship to P.O.Box

Warranty & Repair

Do you offer warranty for your products?

All our products are subject to quality control.

Products purchased on rungne.com have a 2-year warranty.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

Damaged Items

All of our products go through quality control, but sometimes due to human error, some problems are not caught right away. While we do our best in preparing your order for safe shipment (and are confident that the carrier does their best in safely delivering your package), accidents happen.

To verify the damage and to ship you a replacement as quickly as possible, please take a picture of the damage and send it to us at support@rungne.com describing the issue.

Returns, Replacements, & Cancelations

Do you offer refunds and exchange?

At Rúngne, we want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day refund/exchange policy.

You can return any product within 30 days, as long as it’s unused and in a re-saleable condition.

Please note that for returns, shipping cost is handled by the customer and is non-refundable.

After 30 days from the delivery of your order we are unable to issue refunds, replacements, or credits.

How can I cancel my order?

Only unshipped orders are able to be canceled or altered. Please contact us atsupport@rungne.com for further assistance.

Wrong Items Received

If you have been shipped the wrong item, please contact us at support@rungne.com so that we can verify the mistake and ship you the correct item as quickly as possible.

Unmet Expectations

We have full confidence in all our products, but if you have received a product that has left you unsatisfied, contact us within 30 days upon delivery of your order so that we can work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a full or partial refund, a replacement, or a store credit.

If you would like to return an item and it is within the aforementioned timeframe, contact us at support@rungne.com, our customer support is on standby to further assist you. Refunds/Exchange will only be issued after we receive your return.

The most important thing to us is that you are left happy with your shopping experience with us.
