No, we ship to all countries including all charges for taxes and import costs included.

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday and deliver on working days.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with the shipping details and tracking number. Follow the Link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
All delivery times are to be considered estimates.

Europe: 1 day
Rest of world: 1-3 days
All shipments with DHL Express are shipped with GoGreen Carbon Neutral shipping.
Fedex:
Europe: 3-5 days
Rest of world: 4-8 days

All shipments with DHL Express are shipped with GoGreen Carbon Neutral shipping.

Rungne Apparel use DHL for express shipments. Express shipments usually take 1-3 days.
After the order is picked up DHL Express gives you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery. You will get an SMS/e-mail from DHL Express where you can choose from 6 different delivery options. If you decide to not make any changes you will get your order delivered to your original address. If you are not at home and you still want to have it delivered
to your address, please choose Signature Release from the link in the SMS.

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.
Products purchased on Rungne.com have a 2-year warranty.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

All of our products go through quality control, but sometimes due to human error, some problems are not caught right away.
While we do our best in preparing your order for safe shipment (and are confident that the carrier does their best in safely delivering your package), accidents happen.
To verify the damage and to ship you a replacement as quickly as possible, please take a picture of the damage and send it to us at support@rungne.com describing the issue.
Returns, Replacements, & Cancelations

At Rúngne, we want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day refund/exchange policy.
You can return any product within 30 days, as long as it’s unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Please note that for returns, shipping cost is handled by the customer and is non-refundable.
After 30 days from the delivery of your order we are unable to issue refunds, replacements, or credits.

Only unshipped orders are able to be canceled or altered. Please contact us at support@rungne.com for further assistance.

If you have been shipped the wrong item, please contact us at support@rungne.com so that we can verify the mistake and ship you the correct item as quickly as possible.

We have full confidence in all our products, but if you have received a product that has left you unsatisfied, contact us within 30 days upon delivery of your order so that we can work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a full or partial refund, a replacement, or a store credit.
If you would like to return an item and it is within the aforementioned timeframe, contact us at support@rungne.com, our customer support is on standby to further assist you. Refunds/Exchange will only be issued after we receive your return.
The most important thing to us is that you are left happy with your shopping experience with us.
