I started using Maglock by Rúngne as a primer before applying chalk, and it has become a great ally for me. I don’t have particularly sweaty hands, but I’ve noticed that with this product the chalk sticks better and lasts longer, especially during repeated attempts on the same boulder or on routes with delicate moves.
The most noticeable effect is the greater sense of stability: the grip feels more consistent and the chalk doesn’t “disappear” as quickly as it sometimes does. I don’t consider it a replacement for regular chalk, but rather a complement: I apply it only at the start of a session or before trying key moves, when I want to maximize grip.
The 8 g pack is small and the price is above average, but since you only need a tiny amount, it lasts a long time. Overall, for anyone looking for more security and consistency in their grip, Maglock can truly make a difference.

Love the quality and looks of this sweater. Very nice fit and it’s just very comfortable and warm without any itching thanks to the jersey inside. Although I always like thight collars this one is a bit too tight. The opening should be at least 1 cm wider or the collar should have some more stretch. Everything else is great about this sweater!

Guys- this is serious.
I am a long lasting beginner, with humble expectations, doing short indoor climbing a couple of times a week.
I enjoy it, and here and then purchase something small for the heck of it,but due to age and injuries I do not expect too much.
I just did my first climb with this stuff, and it must have been my best climb ever. Easily got through a project that held me back for more than a month, with other problems almost solving themselves.
This is too soon for me to pass a judgment, but I will keep it up for the next year or so for sure.
